Bahria town phase 3 and 4

Aoa brothers.

I am making a big move in my life. I am satteling down in islamabad and selling property in my native city. In my budget i feel bahria phase 3 or 4 are good standards with relatively lower cost than in islamabad. I have a few questions if you guys can help.

1) i see state agents are telling prices around 80 lakh to 1.2 crore for 10 marla plots. I know tricks of agents to some extent. Can you give me some idea of reasonable price to be?

2) is there any soil problem in those phases?

3) do guys think that bahria prices will be reversed abruptly or will be stable. Is it good decision for long term to invest 80 lakh+ there for 10 marla?

Sir it is a good option for living…Price reversal seems impossible in these developed phases…In your budget, you should consider phase 2,4 and 5…Avoid phase 3 as it is relatively at lower height…You should consider dha phase 1 sector F 12 marla and dha phase 2 ,10 marla as well.for best deals at bt and dha,you can contact me at 03455370978.

Yes, don't consider phase 3, phase 2,4 and 5 are good options, price is fair, it varies according to location.

Plus, rates reversal does not look easy in developed sectors where ever they are, plus you are considering to build a house or long term investment, i must say you should go for it if decided,

Best of Luck

Dear Mohammed, I don’t know where are you from, but if the move is by selling your house and buy one in Islamabad, never sell your house of native city, if required to live in Islamabad, take house on rent and keep your roots in native city.

You should also keep in mind the below points.

Bahria is quite far from Islamabad ? and near to Rawalpindi , don't know if you are going to start some business or job but keep in your mind.

There is no public transport in Bahria ?

Of course its a big move to leave your native place so do as much research as you can b4 taking the decision.

Wish you good luck
