I am planning to buy 10 marla in bahria town phase 1 - 6 ideally in phase 2
My question is it is right time to buy or should i wait as there is a case against bahria in the court ?
What is the realistic price of 4-5 years old double unit house in phase 2 or phase 4,
I am overseas so planning to rent this house for atleast nest 2 years , is it easy to rent house in bahria as i hace heard that there are many houses available for rent so itys not easy,

Best of luck for your house buying. Pls remember the following before buying in BT phase 1-6:
There are some streets where a very bad smell exists intermittently upon wind direction change.
Hospital dumping trash and other trash is being dumped in the river. Good thing is there are only few streets where smell is Problem.
Second thing is water
BT was supplying tankers, still does but now they are thinking to reduce the service or stop the service. Pls confirm before buyout.
Phase 2 is an excellent place to live or have a plot, there is no smell problem there, it’s mostly in streets next to the cornice road only.
You didn’t mention are u buying plot or house, of house then tell the price only then I can comment on it. Used house prices are a bit tricky in Bahria 1-6
Rent should be around 80k plus for a new house,
Putting new house on rent should not be a big issue, new houses are always in demand, rent or sale, old houses can be out on rent relatively easily but selling them won’t be easy.
Cases against Bahria will have no effect at all on phase 1-6. Even if there are illegalities there it won’t be a problem for residents as it’s almost fully occupied. The whole pwd road is illegally commercial and yet it’s one of the expensive.
