Bahria Town Peshawar

Respected seniors and forum members,

When is the expected launching of Bahria Town Peshawar. Many people say its in march.

How people are predicting that BT Peshawar is going to launch soon? Is the news coming from Bahria or dealers or prediction?

Needs discussion on this issue.

Have they acquired land or is it going to be like Enclave phase 2? I think they are just playing games launching projects to gain money to fund other projects. They launched the Karachi project and then just created hype with enclave 2 to gather money to concentrate on the Karachi project. Now, I think he will launch Peshawar project to inject money in enclave 2. Just using publics money to shift money across different areas.

@Sheikh sahab my question is not this what bahria is doing. My question is how people are saying that next scheme is Bahria peshawar. Whats is the concrete authenticity of this news

Sir no concrete news uptill now…

Launching in March . Price structure will be available at the end of Feb.

Saadi is rite no authentic news available yet.

Do you guys think that peshawar perchi will go as high as khi perchi…now that every one knows the benefits…

@ H-T>Sir if that perchi will be easy to buy, then it will be of no use and if that will be difficult to buy then it can give some profit…

Agreed…

There will be huge demand of parchi at the time of launching, but the rates may not go higher like Karachi, because every person will try to get parchi for his own booking at-least.

As far as my experience in peshawar market. People are highly interested and waiting for the launch. There are many genuine buyers who wished to have a home in BT Peshawar. People also have money and i feel they will purchase many for businesses and for personal use as well.

Investors from KPK there desire to have BT in there in Hometown is going to be fulfilled. What i think BT will have a great business in Peshawar.

Only speculations at the moment. No confirm news… Launching will have some good results, but, I think this time around Bahria needs to change the game for the genuine buyers…

Can anyone guess what can be the effect of BT peshawar on sector like B-17,Multi residencia or AWT as many of the residents of these area is from KPK and after having good, safe and luxirious BT in peshwar they might be less intrested in thes sectors.???

Since nothing is disclosed about BT Peshawar at the moment, so, it would be difficult to comment exactly about the effects. However, it will take some time like few years to have an effect on Islamabad market.

Thanks

Does anyone know abt the proposed location of Bahria town in Peshawar . I think it will be the old afghan refugee camp now forcefully occupied by army in front of hayatabad.

Old afghan refugee is reserved for proposed defence residential housing scheme given to miltary men time to time,as far as bahria is concerned i have been told by a relative that regi lalma is the precise location for bahria peshawar

But regi lalma is a township project of PDA (though haven’t completed it for the last 2 decades). After regi lama the boundaries of Peshawar finishes and tribal area starts so it will be extremely unwise to develop Bahris town in tribal area

Lets have our fingers crossed, but thats where he z cooking something

I don’t think RegiLalma could be an option for Bahria Town location as pointed out by Arshad.

The only feasible location in terms of safety and accessible from Motorway and GT road is east of Peshawar (along GT road Peshawar to Islamabad).

1.If we look south of Peshawar (Kohat road), then nobody is interested due to security issues from Tribal/Taliban and local criminals.AWT is an example which failed (located on Kohat road) and is still not populated even developed from last 2 decades.

2.West of Peshawar is good location due to Hayatabad and Regi lalma and Peshawar University but where is land? Peshawar is already at border of Tribal area and I don't

think Bahria Town will built in Tribal area.

3.North of Peshawar is very fertile agriculture land (Charsadda rd),multiple land owners and also expensive so is not feasible for BT.

4.East of Peshawar, along GT road and Motorway would be excellent location for society development. There are plenty of land available (former afghan refugee camp)and PHA Jalozai housing scheme (KPK government housing scheme) already acquired 9000 Kanal land and plots have been allotted recently. But I am not sure there is still land avialble, If not then BT lost a nice location and management were not pro active to acquire land in feasible locations.
