Bashir sb, lets discuss the peculiar case of Bahria town plots first. I think you have started a very good discussion. Land registry in the owners name is necessary if one has to get mortgage and loan against the property. In this regard there is some confusion as far as Bahria is concerned, however there is precedent that some ppl have got their plots registered from RDA in Ph 1-6 of BT, however i am not sure about the procedure.
Matrix: Thanks for comments. I am also interested to know the subsequent impact on property value at time of selling. Has registry a negative or positive impact on property worth both at buying and selling time?
