Many people are concerned about the future of Bahria Town Lahore, people were mostly concerned from Bahria Town Karachi, but the good news is BTL is back on track, the reason are:
Firstly, investors and clients were concerned about underdeveloped works. Now Bahria has started there unfinished work, now the development is at the peak again till sector E, they had installed Eiffel Tower as per plan, theme park stopped work started again.
Secondly, there is an issue of balloting of Sec "F". There were issues in land accusation's due to some internal and prices issues. Now as Bahria Town higher management is in Lahore and taking serious actions resolving these issues. There were few pockets in Sector D, those members whom plots are not-on grounded, Bahria acquired land and allotted them plot better than there last locations. Balloting in sector F is also done for two new blocks, and remaining balloting will be coming very soon.
Thirdly people were having issues about brands not available in BTL, especially schools, now from the efforts of Bahria Town management they succeed to present Beacon House School in BTL. After opening of school rates in particular (Janiper block) appreciate abruptly.
Also Doce and Gourmet bakers are opened there, and many other food chains are ready to sign in BTL.
