@Solidpal some dealers are offering confirm booking if you pay them 50k own. Means if you pay them around 150,000(dp) + 170,000(form price) + 50,000 (own), around 370,000 total. How they can offer confirm booking. One of the guys(from Karachi) he has around 4000 forms, now he will surely get plots in ballot so he can offer confirm booking.
If you have your own form then you don't need to pay any own, if you get plot in ballot you have to pay just the 150,000 and get the plot form.
Another possibility (unlikely to happen) is that a limited number of plot forms are printed. Whoever presents the registration open certificate or the registration form will get plot form. BT offices will tell you that all forms are gone form on first come first serve basis and you can get from dealers in the market.

Also lets keep in mind that there is a chunk of 2 number forms hopping around. Generally when dealers talk about the number of forms in the market, thats including 2 number forms.

OK so i am in Karachi since Eid and man this market is like dirty fish pond. What i have observed in few days is there are no genuine buyers, there are some big fishes which has caused a demand supply gap. It can be also observed in the latest stock market crash. Market is getting so vulnerable and the bubble is soon to burst. This price increase is limited to only few more days. My guess is next week the prices will drop rapidly.
Investment in Bahria is like Gambling, its based on more then 50% risk, One can easily earn a good profit but same one can loss because its totally based on risk. If you are going to invest then start with a minimal amount.
