Bahria Town Karachi

Can someone please clarify if everyone holding a form will surely get a residential plot in BT Karachi ? No balloting will take place for this ?

@Zeeshan According to that proposition, YES no form=no plot. If I think about it then such formula may make sense because Bahria can adjust every form into a plot.

According to my information there are 4lac form in market and initially there was a rumour that bahria will do balloting on 30,000 plot but now incrased 50,000 plots so balloting will surly occur. No form mean u cannot participate in balloting but this is also true at this stage that each form = plot is not true neither is realistic approach.

If 'YOU' think each form =plot then the story would end up like it happened in Bahria enclave 2

I think one should sell his form at this stage and come out of controversy

I dont know why people are so keen to invest in Bahria Town Karachi. The registration forms are being traded at multiple profits. However, i agree that one should be cautious enough to invest in Barhia because there are many things uncertain about its development.

Be Carefull while you are investing in Bahria Karachi go for Possessioned area of Bahria Town other all are very very long term investments with 100% risk, it’s better to keep away yourself from Bahria in the current satuation, they play with the little investments of real buyers and the end benifit goes to all big dealer / investers / gammers.

@ Zain, sir you are correct on people's behavior of thinking like bahria will do miracles for them. I said the same thing in another post that i never understood how a 15000 registration slip can be traded off for 2 lakh rupees, i never understood the idea of it. Even if you dont get a registration form and the project is launched, then still you can buy plot files from the open market, it wont get ON overnight more then 2 lakhs and then everything will be crystal clear as well. Kher, i started this discussion so to know why this project is talked alot and is in full swing. Bahria is already manipulating and changing their words in every other add they give. Fist they increased the time for registration, then they said transfers are possible, then members of other projects will also be entertained.

Things are not clear, and with every add they confuse even more, and then the rest of the job is done by the dealers.

Can someone please post more information regarding the application process and the deadlines to apply for registration for this project?

I had 30 forms which I sold yesterday, I wanted to hold on to them and get plots. But, I did not want to take risk of missing even a single form from balloting, in that case I would have lost money as I paid more than 15k to buy them. Also, plots are very uncertain and future of the project is very doubtful for few years at least.

@ Junaid, you surely have earned quite a fortune by selling 30 forms. :)

Well i will say good decision as i am not so satisfied with the project details myself.

Bit of confusion created by dealers

if you ask them all of them would say, each form has a gauranteed plot against it, on the other side how nice it would be if such info comes directly from Bahria

I wonder why Bahria is keeping us in mystery and not clearing it up.

Having said that I may end up buying a form tomorrow.

Tiger there is no mystery dealer aur saying each form = confirm plot because they want to sell out their forms otherwise u may call Bahria helpline at 080000100 24/7 they say balloting will surly take place and unsuccessful applicants will get 10,000 refund

My suggestion is NO NEVER purchase Karachi form at this stage

I had emailed BT Karachi and they said the registration was closed in October. Whereas just couple weeks ago I saw they had extended their deadline until Feberuary. Can someone please shade some light?

BT is just cashing its name and trying to collect as much money as possible from the investors of whole Pakistan by launching new projects in different cities without completing the previous projects. I would suggest to pls keep yourself away from Perchies until things are clear on ground.

But of course, risk calculation is essential to the game if one wants to extract maximum juice.

by the time the wait ends for things to get clear on ground, the initial investment number will also increase.

investors who invest right in the beginning will get maximum out of it.

word 'security' will be a super hit for any housing project being launched in Karachi. We all can relate that word with bahria and get to conclusions.

Brother if you dont get plot for construction even after 6-7 years then what will you do with word "security"? First plot on ground is required and then comes security.

BT launched Phase-8 and Phase-9 in rawalpindi in 2003. Today; even after 11-years phase-8 is not fully developed. There is no clue of phase-9, even its location is not finalized. I am also one of the effectee. I hope you can understand what I want to say.

Well by the end of the weekend or in the start of next wek Bahria town karachi will be launched, before that everything is in the air and dealers are earning money by selling purchees to the public.

Karachi project will surely have a big profit margin due to the pressure of good valued property in karachi, never the less, BT karachi will not be liveable for the next 10 years. Till then its just a game of gaining profit. Lets see what the price tag they put on the plots and what will be the installment package.
