What is the prospect of Bahria Town Karachi?
The file rate is getting down. Is there any chance of increase in rates in near future.
It all depends upon the law and order situation in karachi.If it remains the same may be there is more decline in the prices.
The development may impact positively but still it will take time so we have to wait and see…

If Bahria is dead investment, can you guys provide some good investment areas in karachi? or is it useless to invest in karachi anywhere?
I think we should wait for some more tie because it`s also a news that it will improve soon and signs are good. May be it is wrong but we can hope for the best to wait for some more time. What you people say?
