Kindly tell me any expected date for balloting and what are the chances to get a plot?
brother, right now bahria is conducting booking of properties and only registered members can proceed for booking.
Booking starts @ rs. 150,000 and then the owners will have to pay in instalments of 5 years.
About balloting, nothing has been lettered officially by Bahria yet.
I have asked there at bahria office they are saying 3-4 months will take for balloting …

What to believe, Balloting or dealers offering confirm booking?
As far as i know, they will give a plot to everybody.
Balloting and refund will take at least 3 months.
Bahria Town Investment is very tricky, it is throw the ball, don't hold the investment for longer times, In BE-1, there are no 5.8 marla plots on ground, but people who purchased plots of 5 marla for 1585000 on installments can easily sell them now on 3000000, which means 100 percent profit, but they don't have any possession.
No one is out there to question Bahria, as it is too big to fail now.
Like what happened in Phase 8, we all are aware of that, Rawat airport rumor, people invested, earned a lot of profits and now it is again dead.
Bahria collected billions, infact trillions in BE-1, Bahria Phase 8 Business District, BE-2 and now they have launched Bahria Town Karachi with people's money.
Now they have started booking for Bahria Karachi, after collecting money, they will shift to Nawabshah and Peshawar.
