As per Jang Rawalpindi ad there is a list of Islamabad dealers where anyone can buy registration and can do plot booking.What's the true story?

I asked Bahria Town helpline and they told me that there are no authorized dealers and the ad is given by dealers themselves. His words were “ad hamaray ilm men hai aur ye be buniad hai”
