How bahria town calculate installment . I little confused do i have to detect token money or i have to calculate with token . If can can explain me in this .

You have to calculate along with Token Money.

i was reading one article and in that they calculated after detecting token payment the link is this

if u read little bottom they calculated

125 SQY or 5 Marla or 25×50 —- Total Price, 1.725 Millions or 1,725,000 — Down Payment 150,000 — Quarterly Installment Amount 98437
