Can you tell me can I make map for my 5 Marla plot out side of Bahria Town as I visit there and the cost for map is 125000 which is too much and how much finance I need for gray structure as I want construct my house in 3-4 phases so can you guide me for construction and cost.

The map will cost you this much atleast because bahria town requires few tests aswell.
The grey structure will cost you 1100 to 1200 per sqft.
Its expensive in Bt because they require full double steel bed plus 9 inch concreat bed plus the way there requirment is for laying steel in the lanter costs too much for steel...finishing depends on ur requirments
