Dear all, does anyone know about the rumoured bahria project in kpk somewhere around peshawar? Is this true? Any inside news would be much appreciated.
As per my knowledge is concerned, no official word has been given by Bahria about Bahria Town Peshawar. But considering the way Bahria approaching different cities, peshawar may also get something out of it.

As per Bahria notice they are launching Bahria Karachi so far and Peshawar booking is postponed till further notice.
As in Peshawar there is only ONE housing scheme by PDA which is Hayatabad (second Regi Lalma disputed with tribal)and there is high demand for proper housing schemes.
If Bahria launched in Peshawar there are high profit for investors as currently 5 Marla plot in Hayatabad is 6 million plus.
Hayatabad development standard is also very low compare to Bahria and this will also attract many buyers even residents of Hayatabad will be shifting towards Bahria.Currently there is no boundary wall around Hayatabad and located on border of tribal area this will also plus point for Bahria.
Any reason why they are postponing it? When do you expect it to be launched?
After closing down the Bahria Town Karachi, they will launch Peshawar project, probably in March, plus, their will be huge profit whenever they launch in Peshawar.
They have already purchased land at 2 different sites in Peshawar, where Bahria Town boards are already there.

According to few of my dealers friends from Peshawar, bahria has developed some dispute with the land owners there. Malik SB should know that every one there is taji khokar 
BT Peshawar will be Jackpot for investors as there is high demand of new housing schemes in Peshawar.Islamabad investors can also entertain of this opportunity as only 2 hours drive from Islamabad/Pindi.
BT Karachi is too far from Islamabad and wouldn't affect Islamabad investors.
I am not aware of location of BT Peshawar but I believe that along GT road(Peshawar to Pindi) would be good location for BT future,living and safety.This is the only option for expansion in Peshawar.
