What is the current status of bahria phase 9 , & is it worth to buy plot in bahria phase 9 for long term investment like 5-7 years.

Go to DHA instead of Bahira, all the focus now a days is on BT Khi.
Phase-9 is dead investment from last 12-years & still nobody knows about its future and location. Many people are stuck in its files. Better to stay away from it.
Phase-8 is much better, developed and secured investment having good propspects. You can go for it.

I am totally agree with Irfan sab.Phase9 is worthless investment so better go to Bahria phase8.Allah is the best planner he knows what will be the best for us.
