I am observing an increase in the price of plots in safari valley bahria phase 8. In comparison to 2-3 months ago, price has increased around 15-20%.
What are reasons for this increase ?
Is it only there or overall price is increasing ?
I have plot in safari valley, is it better to hold for another 1 or 2 years or no ?
