I would also like know which block is best at Phase 8? Not filled or very remote or even electricity wires going up from house.

Someone told me that H block is 45 lacs the other day, so your price seems to be a bit too high. Don’t know about the rates in other blocks.
@arshad sb…Sir all depends upon location…Btw it is difficult to find a reasonable plot in 45 lacs…No one will sell it for this low price if he do not needs money…
What is rate in street 28 according to you?
I never got the answer , which one is the best sector at Phase 8 ?
@Apple I had the similar question but looks like members failed to understand it or perhaps everyone these days is fishing for customers .
Mr Saadi I am also waiting for your response as I will be coming to Pakistan soon and want to find somewhere to buy.
I see ads of 10 marla plots in A block in around 38 lac. This price is much lower compared to the prices of other adjacent blocks B, C etc which are around 50 lacs. Is this price lower because of the loaction of A block being near the soan river, or the plots are in depreciated area which will require filling.
Is it a good but for construction of house, as price is reasonable compared to other blocks.
No one seems specialist of Bahria Town Phase 8 here at Zameen :). From Map on Google , i see Sector E and F close to Safarai Valley but who knows :). Couple of weeks back i was offered 10 marla for 50 lakh at sectpr E.
@apple..Sir sector F is one of the best sector of phase 8...
@muhammad sb..Sir A block is not suitable for construction..Whole area is filled..Also there is less sale purchase in A block because people do not prefer it..
The sectors which are developed and ready for possession are the best sectors plus best investment, Abu Bakr, Umer, Rafi, Usman, Khalid are the best sectors.

Personally I think that A is the best location in all of phase 8.
@Arshad, If A sector is best than why price of 10 marla there is 40 lac and in other sectors its 50 to 60 lac??
