Bahria Phase 8 Property Investment

What is the property value of 10 Marla plot in Bahria Town Phase 8 Rawalpindi? Plot is corner 10 Marla in Sector F3. And dealer is demanding 30 lac… Is it a worthy investment?

F2 and f3 upto road no 5 from MR road (where roads are on ground) non category plot is 31-32 lac and corner may be expensive. Further away from MR road beyond street 5 may be around 27 lacs

My brother is looking for a plot there and that is the information i have gathered. The work is in full swing on f2 and f3.

the market is going slow so better go to F1 10 marla or safari valley 7 marla both area are populous possession and most valuable.

F3 will take time so should go possession area and developed plots,i am overseas just it's my opinion thanks regards.

there is no any question about Bahria Phase8 because there is possession and developed area.

Safari valley or F1 much safe and more better,every thing is there bright future not like (Multi issues D or E blocks of B-17)i am overseas and believe me Allah give me much return from Dha and Bahria.

Its expensive i think its not more then 2.5 million in f3 for 10 marla as possession is still waited and prices depreciate for last few months @Adil but for investment F2 is good and for living F1 …
