I have an open file of Bahria Phase 8 plot since 2004 which I got when the file was open and I had a open transfer letter. I did not transfer it till now. Now I am planning to sell it. Please advise as to how can I sell it while I have not transferred on my name. Should I approach the seller who sold me the plot 8 years ago and get the plot transferred in my name or the buyer to whom I sell.
Its an open file, so i guess there should not be any issue transferring it.
ps.. thats my personal suggestion, you may ask Bahria Town's officials as well.

Thanks Zain, It is open file but was open for a few months and closed in 2004. I paid later all installments but did not get it transferred on my name. Hope it is still okie.
