As I can recall, the prices in Phase 8 are downhill since a month or so.
Any current news of recovery or expected? Especially in F2 and F3 blocks?
Is it better to invest now or wait for a little while?

The price fall might be due the aftershock of Bahria Karachi's registration. Secondly, we cant ignore price correction that are usually witnessed by localities after sudden rice increases.
And brother why do you want to invest in phase 8, when price are already not good for investment i.e. around Rs. 600,000 per marla +/- depending on the location.
F2 & F3 will get possession soon so i think it ll be good to buy .
@zain well, where else then. The f2 and f3 plots are non possession and asking price is 40+ for already developed plots on the front. Don't you think they have potential?
@amer dear I don't think the possession will be soon, as they need to be developed first. Its just first four or five streets which are developed, rest is all barren.
Im just concerned about the investment at current price for at least six months.
KAyani b sir also look for the 10 marla plots in sector N dha phase 2…
I am also intrasted to buy a plot there any concrete news about F3 F2 possession?
If you have plots there. Hold it ! If not thn buy it!. Right time to buy. Wrong time to sell.

Phase 8 Market as a whole is in recession rite now, will be same till June.
Nasir bhai what you say about f2-f3 plots is they good for investment as there is growth to expected in there prices and when they will be fully developed any idea??
Just after possession prices will same as like F1.
And when is the possession expected ?
Well, i had to dig in myself and went on to see what sort of development is going on.
The signs of development are there but slow. Seems like they are developing from f5 f4 and onwards in reverse order.
The property dealers in the market are expecting it to be a long term scenario with possession expected after two years or so.
currently the market is down and expected to be this way for this year at least. 2015 will see some upward trend according to latest news.
wait and see what the experts here have to say abt it.
So, i guess we should keep the plots for atleast a year or so.

What about L block and awami villas 3 & 5. I heard there possession is expected by mid 2015. Is it correct estimate. I want to buy a plot in L block.
Kashif sb; development in pbase-8 is very slow because these plots were sold at low price ten years ago. At that time prices were lesser. Bahria is giving preference in development to those projects which are announced later and plot prices are higher. I personally feel Phase-8 will take further 2-3 years for complete possession.
