Bahria Phase 8 Construction Ready Sectors

Bahria phase 8, Islamabad., can anyone tell me which blocks and sectors are ready for construction.? I would like to buy a plot and then build on it as soon as possible. Phase 8 seems to be cheaper than the other phases.

Thanx zain, i don’t think the number you have given is internationally callable. And I didn’t want people from bahria town telling me that, since i am interested in real people’s word living there or in the process of getting land there. So anyone who knows or have build a houses in bahria 8 , can you please let me know what sectors are construction ready. Thanks for the feed all of you above.

Dear Skhan..

In PHASE 8, Sectors A,B,C,D,E and H, Possession is already given and you can construct immediately. Sector A is not recommended for construction of home , since its land is filled.

I have 2 plots in phase 8 , One in sector H its possession is given while other in sector L about which i called bahria today and they told me that possession of sector m and L is near and sector L possession can be given within about 4 months.

Most of the houses are built in the sectors that were ready for construction for the longest period i.e B,C and D.
