You will find a 5 marla in DHA 3 ( RAWAT SIDE ) in 22-25 lacs. Sector A would be best as compare to other sectors as its near to GT Road.

Phase8 bahria M block and E3 block 5 marla around 2.8 million.
Which one would be good investment?

As I and Nadeem bhai said before, little part around Eifle tower, some of sector F and some from Rafi block under tagging.
Rest of phase8 is safe but one must opt for developed phase8.

I like to clear this sector F is Dha sector-F not a Bahria Phase-8 Block-F.Bahria F-1 is 100% clear and safe.

The tag is on DHA’s F sector, not of BT’s and that, too, is a small part.
With the today decision against MR…Bahria will be crashed
And for sure no guru will comment for months on malik riaz or bahria town issue after todays decision
