It is not as famous as other phases are. You should stay for some time period so that the picture could be clear. There are not sufficient visitors and investors for this phase but management is sure about good sales for it. So, just wait now and when it boosts then I can suggest you some good architects for construction. I know many good and reputable interior designers who will be really helpful for you.
