Dear friends… I want to know what is the future benefit for 8 Marla plot in Bahria Orchard. Please help me out of this. I am interested in buying one but afraid of slump…

Project is good but far away from lahore. If distance is not an issue for you then you can surely go for orchard.

Distance is the only issue, but not a bad investment.

Dear Umer, I suggest go for Bahria Town proper in A, C or D block even if you have to compromise on size.

OR if you've limited budget, buy a plot on installments in Sector D, Block EE. Its location seems to be very good on canal road.

Property prices are sliding slowly so if your purpose is investment then buy either possession plots so you don’t face the severity of slump, if any comes around or buy at a time when the prices re-bound.

MBS what are the prospects in LDA Avenue 1. Will it get a big jump in or near June? That is when possession is promised.

@PK1 no idea about LDA Avenue 1 apart from that it proved to be a nightmare for anybody who invested there… Litigation, encroachments, etc. Don’t know if there’s been any positive update on that lately.

May be there can be some impact on LDA avenue prices after possession... But the point is its prices are already on a much higher side (for better location blocks), reason seems to me is its relatively easy approachable location from Johar Town/Shaukat Khanum Hospital and its been running since long time.
