Guys i want to know the future of bahria orchard rawalpindi in bahria town phase 8 near sector f-4 and f-5.
Is it a good investment for next 2,3 years.
Now a days dealers are presenting this project like a golden project. I am interested here for making investment for next 2,3 years holding.
Serious and honest replies will be highly appreciated.

Stay away because much rebate for Bahria dealers(Dealer drama)It will go to minus in near future so this is not a good time for investment.
Actually it's dealers project not for you or me.

Yes that is why I was asking. Currently dealers are getting too much rebate. I was asking in regard of long term investment i.e 2,3 or may be 4 years investment purpose.
I believe its a safe long term investment … Onground plots … Development going … On installments … Rates are reasonable as well … What elseone can expect in a long term investment
In retrospect every thing is long term investment because of inflation.
