I am confused in investing among two societies, bahria orchard phase 2 and new lahore city. Prices are quite same in both places but people have mixed opening regarding the investment return. Some are saying that nlc prices shall increase significantly in coming days while others are saying that there is comparison of bahria orchard brand and lifestyle. Please help me to decide which project shall give me better return in 1 year investment.
Brother buy good location plot in orchard Phase 2. Bahria has best development standards among all developers.

There is no comparison between Orchard phase 2 and NLC, Bahria Orchard Lahore (BOL) is way better than NLC. Better infrastructure, better life life style, better resale process.
Secondly, BOL will enjoy the LRR benefits first because LRR phase will be completed in coming few months till Raiwind road.
