I've plot in LCO block C in Bahria Orchard. It is not on-ground and the fate is still uncertain. Any idea about what’s the future prospects of such plots?
If and when they'd be on-ground and when will we get possession. May this plot be adjusted somewhere else where bahria has land .
Reportedly, Bahria didn't announce possession officially in some blocks like G/H previously but market rumors are there that owners are applying for possession ,so the prices are rapidly increasing .
Market reports are bahria is trying hard to purchase remaining pockets in some blocks as in f,d ,c,and in a,b blocks.
