Dear property gurus, i need your advice regarding bahria orchard 5 marla plot. I recently came to know from bahria management that they have abandoned awami villa project after a wait of almost 10 years. They are now giving 5 marla plot to investors in bahira orchard as compensation. I would like to know whether it will be good investment for near future. The last thing one could expect is to end up with a similar fate as awami villa.
