Dear why every one is calling bahria karachi gambling.
I think it has following pros:
Bahrias name.
Good location.
People of karachi have money,they require good housing societies.
Karachi is an ever expanding city.
Prices of plots,apartments etc are quiet cheap.
Chances of return are bright.
So why you call it gambling.
For every society when you advise you say it looks to have bright future but allah knows best.
So same is for bahria town karachi,then why call it gambling.
Is it prejudice.
Brother; if everybody is calling it gambling then there must be something behind it. Everybody can not be prejudice. May be these people have more knowledge about bahria management then you. I think if you read all the threads carefully about bahria karachi then you can judge why people call it gambling.
If you dont want to be a part of gambling ie file trading purchee trading and just want to but a plot home in karachi,then its a good investment and surely in a long run you ll get good return as the starting prices will look very attractive when you look back after some years,GAMBLING should be considered in a different context in bahria ,for a genuine buyer its kool,buy your plot close your eyes and ears wait for development and you ll reap the benefit,
@ rizwan sb…Sir you did not got the point in the discussion.Every one if of the view that it is a gambling for short term investors and it is fruitful for those who can just buy and forget it for 2 to 3 years…
Whether is was fair or gambling, it’s over now, i don’t think bahria will do it again if they want to be on the top.
@Nasir sb; bahria will do it again because we people like such gambling and want to be rich overnight. Bahria is just exploiting our greed.
