Hey Fat Man, i talked to a few agents some weeks ago and they told me that Bahria Karachi rates will increase as much as 100% by the mid of 2015.

What do you think?

You are right but now a days Bahria Karachi rates will not increased according to situation.Because you know ups and downs both are part of the business specially in bahria town. Bahria Karachi run different projects some are successful but not all.

Probably the agents are talking about 100% increase in the file rate (down payment). If so, its quite possible because of some tiny possession related stunt. If they are talking about the double the plot rates (e.g., 1K from 46.5 to 85) then this is most likely exaggerated estimate.
