Bahria Greens /Overseas Enclave BT Rawalpindi

1) If I want to build a house after 4-5 years, in which area of the Bahria Greens sector, I should purchase the plot now?

2) Which areas of the sector are troubled areas and what type of troubles are there?

3) I have chosen this sector because of less prices comparatively. I found some 1 Kanal plots in 47-49 lac is it right decision or is there any other better choice for the same money and time period?

Seeking a sincere advice please.

Sorry Dear it is 68 Lacks in sector 5 of Overseas and 47/49 lack is in F5 sector. Even 68 is less, comperatively?

Sector 5 is relatively isolated with no house construction at the moment. It might become a livable option after 5 years though. Definitely much better than F-5 where even development is not complete till now and possession is unlikely even next year.

The one kanal category in Sector 5 is divided into two parts and approach is different too. The 1300s series plot are on higher ground with access from business district and ring road..very good location..however Only 2 housed built there.

The lower side where probably you are looking for plot is okay, largely filled area..The plots closer to main ring road arecomparatively good, stay away from edges as land is not stable of the higher areas specially adjoining sector 7 etc

Shakeel Sb, previously i had investment in this sector so know a little bit.I am not sure about the current prices. The lower side should range from 50-70 lakhs and higher side 8 million to 1.10 depending on the location. As the market is down, take your time and select best plot in right price…Dont Rush

and which would be any proffered sector/Area of Bahria Town with comparatively presently low price, but for construction of personal house after 4/5 years.

I have a plot in sector-2, but still no possession.

Does anybody know when they are going to start possession? Thanks

You can consider Zone 2 of Islamabad to construct a house in given time

Bahria Greens still a good investment to buy 1 Kanal plot in Zone 5 for 75 lakh?
