This is my very first message on this great estate site, although i have been lurking around here for quite a while but now i decided to jump in and ask something i was baffled about.
My question is, we had a plot in bahria town phase 2 (10) marla, now have got rid of it because we need 1 kanal house, so i need to know is bahria green a really nice place? Because i have not visited it my self but my uncle did. My question is will it be a great place in future because right now it is under development.
Are the current prices reasonable ?
How long will it take to be full developed ?
Does it have what it takes to be an ideal posh community ?
