Bahria garden city rawalpindi was launched with great pomp and show. Being of an ideal location (near to gt road)it was expected to prosper by leaps and bounds. But instead it is going down and down. Can any body explain the reason of this slump and is they any hope of surge up?
Entire phase 8 has the same situation.Garden city was much advertised even in overseas ,But what can be said , ppl confidence has been shaken badly, and only bahria knows the answers.
Sudden neglect is the single most reason, going to BTK and forgetting all other things in pindi??
STILL no possession in phase 8,,SECTOR F2/F3/F4/F5,,SECTOR M,K,J etc after 10 years????and you launch huge projects of BTK.....
