Nahi Khan Sb, but this enclave is really disaster, I have also investments in BTK and Pindi, but not as bad as this enclave is, yes very disappointing experience in enclave… Therefore I am very expressive & clear in my advise also to the new comers.

I just made my mind to get a plot in Bahria Enclave Sector N. I have no plans to build my home until the next 5 years and that is why I considered this to be a good choice. But your opinion has created doubts in my mind. Can you explain more? any alternative?
I am also planning to buy small size plot in Enclave, Is it good for investment or for living, if not N block which one good n safe?

I am seeking a plot in Islamabad / Rawalpindi area to build a house in later half of 2016 .. Societies under consideration are
Bahria Enclave
Bahria Town Rawalpindi ( Ph-8, Garden City etc )
Naval Anchorage
Preferred Plot size is 14 marla (40*80) or more and budget is not more then 6 Million at the moment for the plot

I have a 10 marla plot in bahria town Phase 8 ext. Rawalpindi. All installments paid. No development at site even after lapse of 5 years. Would any body like to comment about its future . Regards,

Can anyone confirm which sectors have Enclave handed over possession in, and which ones are next in line?
This should help the brothers out with their questions regarding where to invest given their respective investment time frames.
Following sectors have possessions in BE:
5 marla sector B & H
8 marla sector B & G
10 marla sector A, B & C1
1 kanal sector A, B, C & E
2 kanal plots sector C
Javed Iqbal Sb, it would be better if you quit extension and invest in some good project. I don't see any bright future for this...

If anyone has a plot to sell in Block N, contact me. I am interested in buying.
Unless Enclave 2 files are finished for merging, Bahria Enclave will remain bad for investors.
But it's the best place to live in Islamabad in this budget and location in my view.
