I have a budget of 3 - 3.5 million pkr and am planning to buy a plot for residential purposes. Based on my limited research, i can get a 5 marla plot in bahria enclave within this budget.However, i am open to other suggestions, if any? I'll appreciate if forum members can share their thoughts on:
1) is it a good investment? Does the fact that they have no noc from cda increase the risk?
2)which is the best sector in enclave for 5 marla plots?
3) what is the price range of 5 marla possession plots?
4) what is the likelihood of capital appreciation.
