Can any body compare the bahria enclave with jinnah garden and gulberg. In terms of investment and living
From all of them i think naval anchorage is a lot better in sense of living right now. Gulberg and enclave will take ages to get populated whereas naval anchorage is already populated with alot better development standard then jinnah garden.

If you like to safe investment then go to Dha phase2 and other hand naval anchorage also good option.
Gulberg is good option but once they give possession then jump otherwise it will be long term investment.
