What are the main differences between Bahria Enclave Vs Bahria Town Islamabad ?
We are planning to buy 10 Marla plot for housing building purposes

Location: BE is in Islamabad zone 4, whereas, BT is in Rawalpindi.
House construction: BE is still sparsely populated (except for sectors A, B C, C1, C2, C3), whereas, BT is richly populated (Phase 1-6 and 7-8) except for some far off sectors in BT-8 such as sector L, which are relatively less populated.
Live-ability: Both are very live-able with all basic amenities and market access.
Ambiance: BT seems congested, BE has more open and green areas and mountain views.
Price appreciation: BT is expected to gain due to RRR, whereas, BE prices have been slowly rising and a major jump is still due.
Road Access: BT has good and multiple access, whereas, BE still has single access through bit clogged Kuri road.

Prices vary a lot in both BE and BT depending upon sector and location. A decent and possession-able 10 marla plot in BE should be above 1.3 cror whereas in BT it should be above 1.0 cror.
