Bahria enclave sector j seems to be halted. I heard land dispute there. Can anyone please tell the latest update on its progress
On same boat with you, i bought a plot in 2016 with a motive to have good shelter for my family after returning back to Pakistan, to my surprise I came to know recently that J block is under litigation when contacted BE office their top management was clueless about the fate of this block and investors. I raised the issue on this forum and constantly following up with BE office but nothing happening on ground.
BE management said they got more then 2000 plot area under litigation without any substitute plot or solution for the investors.
Had a recent check with BE Management about fate of Sector J, they told it still remains in litigation.
They were not prepared to give any tentative date when they can clarify this dispute.
So I feel this investment is doomed, at least for now
