@umar-jamil96, In this budget, you can easily find an 8 marla. If you search hard and increase a bit then maybe a 10 marla in F or F1 can fit to your budget.
My preference would be F because it is closest to C1, developed, on cutting land, and close to high-rise commercials. Down side would be somewhat blocked view of Margalla hills due to high-rise and some patches under litigation.
My second preference would be N. It is beautiful sector, mostly cutting land, with many houses already constructed. Again some patches with litigation that you should avoid.
Only go for possession plot, not matter what dealer tells you.
