Prices are quite high there and the locality seems to be approaching maturity because in my opinion, per marla rate in the locality is more than Rs. 850,000

Aqeel Sb, development is going on at good pace, some are ready even for possession, we might get official possession by June this year or later part of 2014. Location wise they are great. Good long term investment, I mean 2 to 5 years.

What’s the status of development and when possession is expected? BE-2 or BE extension rates are also more than RS. 800,000/- per Marla.
Development is underway but it will take time, at least 2-3 years.
