Kindly tell me 10 Marla & 1 Kanal plot in Bahria Enclave....? How many block are there & which are the best for residential purpose?

One must go for a ready possession plot in BE, 10 marla or 1 kanal both are good options, rates vary location to location. There are some new bookings as well but they will take time in development, so ready possession plots in Phase 1 is a very good option.

These are the same prices which were more than 1 yr ago in the enclave, when there was not much on the ground and dealers were telling me buy it and sell it shortly for mega return.
Does this mean it has depreciated despite given possession here? and can it go further down?
Also it was on installments back then so ideally it should be double as dealers predicted.

The 7 Million figure for 10 marla possession plot is for remote locations, I mean not in the centre or good location. I think well located 10 mara plots with possession starts from 10 million, unless some one is selling in a hurry due to some urgency.

Sector C is the prime location of the Enclave. An Easy approach from Chack Shahzad to direct on Sector C by Bahria express way (160 wide road), where hospital construction work is near to completion.
Plots are developed and construction is started.

I thought pocession was only given in A.

No compassion of Sector C with any existing sectors (A,B,E C1 and so on).
In sector C there are mix types, possession and installment plots.
Construction is started and in near future it will be increased.
In sector C only 1 kanal plots are in developed. Plots of 10 marlla are under development.
