There have been new deals in BE in the last 1 - 2 years and there will be more, on 1 - 2 years installments. The news is more land acquired beyond Sector I


The new deals have mostly been partially developed sectors where excess Commercial have been minimised to comply with CDA for NOC.

Dec 19 the LOP approved for BE after years and thats a step towards restoring the NOC and it will give a due boost!

Gas coming to BE starting from Sector A (Update March 02). Will impact prices, and rentals.

Phase-wise verification to get NOC and in between whatever gets verified will start to have the Gas Lines!
