as BE does not have NOC from CDA so no bank gives loans for BE at the moment, things might have change once BE gets the NOC.
Yes, BE might not have approval which will mean that banks cannot offer loan for it under Mera Pakistan, Mera Ghar… However, you might want to check out Escorts Investment Bank. I think someone mentioned that they might accommodate Bahria.
Did some research and found out that only Bank Islami gives option for home financing in Bahria Enclave. It offers both Mera Pakistan, Mera Ghar scheme loans as well as it’s own product named “MUSKUN Home Financing”. Got this information from their branch in Bahria Enclave Sector A.
@faisalmehmoodanjum Faisal bhai, is the Bahria Enclave package by Bank Islami financing only the construction of house or the purchase of land also?
