Official launch is on this weekend. Prices are likely to be quite reasonable with respect to the market but watch out for the profit rates! It could go through the roof pretty soon.

Both are good but 5 marla would be better as it is also the easiest to sell when required. They are selling on 2 lakhs profit already in the “off” market. They will be selling like hot cakes after the official launch.

Thats very much possible. Considering the profits on that karachi form which at the moment is otherwise useless, its easy to imagine what will happen at an actual plot launch in a scheme like enclave.

Today I made a move and booked two 5 marla plots through the “off” market. The project is likely to be launched this Friday. The going profit rate that I paid is Rs 2 lakh per 5 marla plot already. It is expected to reach close to a million within a few weeks of launching. The buzz in the market is unmistakable, this launch is going to be a huge success. I will keep everyone posted on how it worked out. Now just hoping and praying for the best, InshAllah.
Amjad sb I think you have done the right thing. Getting plot on launch is not guaranteed
Dear SYED AMJAD Congrates on the deal. You mentioned u have paid two lakhs as prfit but u did not mention the total price of 5 marla after profit. Dear Ali1 in short term 5 marla is better as Mr. Amjad said. But in long term let say more than one year investment 10 marla is better.
Thanks Ali sb. I agree with you that the enthusiasm in the market is too high to guarantee a plot on launch. I know a few people who are reaching Islamabad over the weekend from other cities just to snap up a plot or two on launch. People have already decided to buy, there is not even anytime to think now! As ridiculous as it sounds, the phenomenon seems to be getting similar to the new iPhone launch!
@Ahmad11. Thankyou. The total payment I made was Rs 10 lakhs for each plot. The final price of the plot has not been released by Bahria but it is expected to be not more than 45 lakhs at the most.
