Bahria Enclave 1 Or 2 ,10 Marla Resident Plot

Dear, I want to buy 10 Marla plot for house build in Bahria Enclave 1 or 2. What you will advice me should I buy in Bahria Enclave or not and where I should buy in BE1 or BE2?

And what is the price of 10 Marla resident plot in Bahria Enclave one and two?

Mr. Khan, your input will be highly appreciated. I am also interested to buy a 10-marla plot for house construction in 3-4 years, but I am not sure which one I should go for, and on what price.

BE 1 is the first project by Bahria in thus zone and it's development is currently on full Swing. The project is a large and complex consisting of many sectors... Sector A is the one where possession has been announced so you can build your house even today ... Other sectors to get the possession soon are sector C and C1.

most of the plots in BE 1 have either installments paid or only 2 to 3 installmenrs are remaining.

BE 2 on the other hand was launched recently and therefore is currently on installments.

The attraction with installments is that you don't have to pay the full amount upfront rather it will be gradual however you must remember that BE 2 is at its infancy and there is not even a map of location

The price of 10 Marla in BE 2 is higher than BE1 but you get the benefit if paying in installments

Currently BE 2 10 Marla prices are down ... The launch price as per my understanding was 85 LAC but you can get a file for 8 Lac minus which means you will be paying 77 LACs after completion iof installments if you buy today...

However there is always a risk associated with OFF plan property therefore if you have cash in hand I recvomend you to go for BE 1 sector C or C1. Or Sector F which is also a good location sector.

I think Ht_1 has provided fair information with pros and cons. The only thing which I would like to add is that both Tufail and Khan want to buy plot for house building in future. So for them only BE-1 is suitable. If they want to build early they should go for Secrtor-A otherwise any sector of BE-1 is good as the whole BE-1 will be developed within 18 to 24 months time period.

Is BE-1 located on Murree road at Mouza Phulgraan location ?

is BE-2 located on islamabad highway going to rawal pindi at Mouza Malot location?

Please clarify the location of BE1 and BE2
