Please discuss Bahria Enclave-1 map and new allocations of plots in different blocks. 5 Marla plot has been reduced from 2550 to 2645. An overview of map shows that development period may be 4-5 years, if work remains continue. Market prices has also shown downward trend. Is it feasible investment?

Well when Bahria started the project that had officially announced that the whole project including 5-star hotel etc. Would be completed by 2017 and I think as far as residential sectors are concerned they be completed by that time but total project will take more time may be by 2019
As far as those investors who were interested for very short term program/gambling, now after eenclave2 this project is not feasible for them. However still excellent for long term investors.
Sector F, G and H are good investments for a period of 1 to 2 years. For long term, every sector has a charm. Despite of a lot of criticism, BE-1 is a very good investment opportunity in Islamabad.
Malik sb u right. I think L J and K sectors will take bit more time but I think sector N and I will be along F G and H because sector I is commercial si it will ve centre n sectors near to it will be more costly n will be developed along with it. But bahria has to fulfill it commitments on time or reasonably on time
Size of five marla plot has been reduced from 25*50 to 26*45. What is the justification of this at that time?
There is no justiication of it Imran. It is really not a gentle man deeds. Disappointing!!
I sent an e-mail to Bahria office on this regard. Pl. See their reply
"With reference to your request i would like to update you that the size has been reduced in the new layout plan, and we have forwarded the request to Town planning department for reversing the size on the previous dimensions. Moreover it is also informed you that the possession of 5-8 Marla will be starting by the end of this year and the intimations will be sent to you accordingly."

@Imran: Bushra has given you a paradox statement:
At one side, she is saying that we have forwarded your request to Town planning for revision of reversing the size on previous dimension. It means there is a possibility of reversal, that's why she forwarded your email. On the other side she is saying that possession of 5 & 8 marla will start by the end of this year.
If reversal happens, map will be changed again and possession can not be given this year. If possession will be given this year, then reversal will not be done definitely.
One can see the contradiction in her statements.
According to my understanding, reversal will not be done in BE-1 and possessions will start from next year.
How do you guys see sector C/C1 for living and investment in 2/3 years time? When I visited last; the agent pointed towards a mound and said sector C/C1 will be there and behind. If they are behind the mound then the margalla view will be blocked right? Which one of these sectors falls on top of the mound?
What do you think, how long will it take for sector O possession and its location?
