I have one 5 marla plot in bahria enclave 1 & one 5 marla in ali block safari valley bahria town phase 8.I would like to sale one of them soon. I think prices for both are going down. Can you please suggest me which one will more worthy to keep in coming future? I will be grateful if you can share the current prices .
Safari valley is at least a possession plot and populated,sell the enclave ,

Phase 8 is very far and many miles away from Islamabad BLUE ATEA and Enclave will be future heaven in twin cities.

Brother Ch. Suleiman, Few families started living in BE-1 and one of them got car from Bahria. Possessions are available in Sector A and soon it will move to C and C-1.
Do not sell from enclave and get into trouble in Phase 8, which is bigger than Enclave and still 70 percent empty. People are crying now in Phase 8 and Business District.
Survey the place regardless of enclave or any other society prior to investment.
Ejaz you mite be partially rite about the distance but life doesnt end in blue area,as every one have different places to target for work schooling and living,
phase 8 has given setbacks to investors but for living its not a bad option,as it still holds one of the best infastuctures,although it was a mega project so has got a long way to go,but holds a good potential in the times ahead
As per new BE1 map 5 marla plot will be in Sector H and 8 marla will be in Sector G.
