Bahria enclave 1...5 marla plots in b sector

I m planning to buy a 5 marla plot in enclave 1 sector b for construction of a house. What are the prospects of the plot from investment point of view. As the price is around 40 lac at the moment

The price looks to me on the higher side at the moment... However, with passage of time it will be good place to live. Filling could be one problem in this area,,, make sure u get some solid land for house building...

One of the client has a 30x60 plot in b-block he paid just down payment, buleward plot, if interested.
