I have purchased an 8-marla plot in bahria emc. The agents told me that bahria has allowed possession and house construction after down payment and first installment. Can you please confirm if it is true? Do you consider it a secure and profitable investment?
Please also confirm if this land is cleared legally and is this society approved by lda?

Possession is open but have you seen this project yourself ??
Its located very far away from even small town like Raiwind and Kahna.
Not a good place to invest at all and sorry dont expect any good profits as price dont go up in villages like these :)
Scheme is not approved by LDAas much as i know.
better invest in Orchard
