Salaam everyone, i have recently purchased a 10 marla plot in bahria orchard lahore, and plan to start construction in the near future. I would be grateful if some knowledgeable member can clarify these queries regarding construction bye-laws and requirements of bt lahore.
1 if my map is for a double story house can i get only single story built for now due to some fund constraints and build the second floor a few years later? Will bahria issue my completion certificate?
2. If i built the complete grey structure but i furnish only ground floor then will i get the completion certificate?
