I am looking to buy plot in enclave, i am told that currently 5 marla plots are in n sector which is the best one, i visited it last week, currently few its all plain, kuch hisa kata hwa he paharo ka aur kuch slope me he.
Now, there is nothing out there, no sign of construction....I am afriad of filling and i also heard that local peolple disputes there...
Experts please let me know if i should buy in enclave, how long will it take to establish, or should i buy in phase 8 pindi side..

First of all, 5 marla are not in Sector N only... Sector G, H, O, B1 have 5 marla plots.... If you are afraid of any risk in files, then you can for 5 marla developed plots in Sector H, G and B1....
Sector N, some portion has land acquisitions issues, but not the whole sector.
